Modern Western
DESIGN:
Inspired by my Western Adventure, I needed a hat that was earthy and versatile in color, and explored exaggerating the proportions of what a typical western hat looks like. The crown design is hand-blocked and each hat will be slightly different and considered a work of art. It has a hand- sewn ribbon sweatband and the hat is stiffened so it will keep its unique shape.
MATERIAL:
- Fur felt in burgundy
- 6.5” H crown at the highest point; 4.5”H in the front
- 3.5” W brim; Blocked and wired
- Gradient silk ribbon accent
-1.25" grosgrain sweatband; Hand sewn
