Lanyang Harvest

$0.00

Original Spec:

50 x 40cm

Acrylic on wood panel

The green leaves begin to sprout their rice stalks, and the weight of their heavy fruit gracefully bows the reeds toward the earth. Silhouetted against the setting sun, the loops and spikes create a shimmering pattern in the golden hour light. The east wind sweeps over the field, generating undulating waves that resemble a slow, jazzy dance—like watching ripples unfold in a silk sheet. Now more mature, the golden reeds produce a deeper sound in the wind, a soft rattle and swoosh, like a soothing lullaby.
